It seems there has been some confusion for some of you that have emailed us and sent back toys for replacement because you were sent "two of the same figure". When shipping back these figures to us, we are seeing that in actuality, you WERE sent the correct figures.
So when receiving your figure(s), Please inspect that you received the correct ones before messaging us.

A lot of you are sending me messages about not getting your action figure yet and still waiting for a tracking. One of the reasons you don't have your figure yet is simply because packing and shipping is still going down.
Some of you say you never got tracking from Royal Best LLC, some say you have. Some say you can see a label has been made via UPS's profile page. From what I know, they most likely build labels and then pack. as soon as the carrier picks them up, they send out a tracking email.
Still Ill is NOT shipping these so we just ask the patiently wait while they all get packed and shipped. We will make another update when they tell me shipping has been completed.
