we have sent out the surveys! Now's your chance to add on items you still want but couldn't at the time.

Surveys went out to the email you have affiliated with Kickstarter. Check your email for a message from bakerkit.

Survey will be open for 3 weeks and will close on December 13th.

Smoke Test Surveys!

Good evening!

We have sent the Smoke Test Surveys to 5% of backers for the ZT action figure campaign. The surveys will come from backerkit. Once 65% of the recipients have responded, we'll send the rest.

Just a quick reminder, we did not charge shipping on any addon, except additional action figures. It was best that we saved the add-on shipping for the backerkit survey because KS's shipping options for addons are not ideal. We are essentialy sending you 2 packages because the figures won't be ready for 10 months or so and we didn't want you to have to wait for your books, prints, statues, etc. Hopefully this explains why you may have a shipping fee, if you had addons during the KS.

We're excited to get your rewards to you. Please email Russ at [email protected] if you have any questions about your survey, notice an issue, or if you backed the KS at a digital tier and would like to switch to a physical tier.

WE ARE FUNDED! WHAT'S NEXT?

We are funded! Thank you everyone for their amazing contribution. This Action figure campaign has been a dream come true!

  • so What happens next? We have to wait about 3 weeks for the funds to go from kickstarter to us. After that we will be preordering some of the items that take a while to manufacture.
  • Do you have my address? Not to worry. in About 4 weeks, Russ will email you a survey from backerkit. This survey will ask you to confirm your order and input your address. This email will go out to the email address you have associated with your kickstarter account.
  • I was never charged any kind of shipping for any of the add-on items. That's Correct. All the shipping for your add-on items will be charged when you fill out your surveys.
  • Can i still get more items or is it too late? Most items will be on the backerkit survey store. after you confirm your order, you will have the opportunity to add more items.
  • How long do I have to complete my survey? Once Surveys go out, you will have 3 weeks to complete them before we go to print. 
  • What if I fill out my survey late? If you miss the deadline for filling out your survey, you will be put in the "late bird" category. Backers in the Late bird category will get their items sent out to them after every one else.
  • What is your exchange/return policy? After your package shows up at your residence, you have 7 days to contact us about discrepancies in your order.
  • When will I get my action Figure? After we recieve funds from kickstarter, we will be paying the manufacturer to start the toy making process. This will take a while, but we are hoping it will be less than a year from now.
  • So, do I have to wait a year for everything? No. all add-on items and freebie packs will be mailed in before you receive your action figure(s).
  • Any other policies I should be aware of? Yes. Please read below as this has become our ongoing policy regarding neglected Surveys.

Just a friendly reminder that this Campaign ends tonight at 9PM EST. If there was something limited you wanted that was sold out, now's the time to keep looking as in these final hours, Backers are adjusting their pledges and sometimes things become available.
